First and foremost this chapter has got to be my least favourite EQ chapter in some time. Constantly unblockable and needing to stare at the timers constantly. And the 0.9 seconds after evade you cant heavy so it feels like you are constantly dexing and waiting. Makes a lot of champs who depend on aggression and timing useless.

Nevertheless i was getting through it but my quicksilver would not evade thing. I think its a bug with QS's personal evade and the evade charge i got from knocking him down. I revived once and it happened again. Id have 2 charges and would stand there trying to get hit to trigger evade and he would just slap me dead. I dont want to revive anymore if this is a bug. I dont think im missing anything in things kit

For me the worst part is that if you are dexing (even successfully) the stun will apply. But you cannot punish the stun on all defenders. This is especially annoying on nebula with shock charges.
