Relic - Screen Tutorial Bug Still

I tried to find the previous thread that mentioned this bug, but couldn't seem to find.
I just pull a 3* Ms Marvel Relic, was going to try and link her to a champ, but got the frozen Tutorial bug.
Does anyone know what is the current status of possible fix for this?
It kind matter more this month since this month SQ Incursion get more benefits with relic being equipped.
