Maybe a bug with Kate Bishop?

in Bugs and Known Issues
So in the danger rooms I was going in for an unblockable hit from strategic movement, she wasn't stunned and she didn't well time block me either and I got passively stun, so... what gives?
I don't get how she counter-attack evades me then stuns me while I don't do any of the things on her description that gets me punished.

    What was the node as its when she evades so could of been an evade node on her

    Tbh I don't really remember but doesn't she do it only on her own, I vaguely remember a line of text saying on her personal sth just not sure if it said evade.
