Diablo: Make his preflight checkboxes that persist between fights so you don’t have to keep reapplying them every fight
Omega Sentinel/Stealth Spidey: Make their debuff selection at the start of the fight like Absorbing Man. You can switch as much as you want and it’s not based off a persistent charge
Anyone else have ideas?

I've got a couple of QoL suggestions:
To help speed through quests faster, code 'Choice' Portals so that paths you've completed are greyed out, or red. That way you don't have to scout around the map to see which ones you've done.
Autofight: option to not Autofight the boss? That would be really helpful since often on a level like Uncollected, a decent team can easily clear the path, then all get massacred by the noded-up boss.
MODOK: Create a Flux icon (even if it's just active on Attack), showing you what flux level is active so you can actually take advantage of it
Add an prefight/persistent charge-like icon to Moon Knight that you can tap to check the phase of the Moon/tide before you decide to take him into a quest.
Gamora shouldn't consume her Godslayer strike if it misses/is blocked (technically that's a tiny buff rather than a QoL suggestion...)
