How kabam finally addressed my Apocalypse persistent issues

So for a few months my apocalypse has largely been a broken character with persistent charges. This also affected Howard and Torch for a while, amongst others. I'm still not getting the immunities he can build up under total molecular control, except for bleed immune, or genetic code enhancements that he accquires over fights, reaching 4 charges. The evade bypass ability also does not work.

Today Kabam said it is a combination of game mechanics causing these issues for me, not a bug. They didn't tell me how to avoid or alter these mechanics, but it seems since my issues aren't what they would call a bug, they will offer no further assistance. So I am left with a character I put time and resources in who is not doing what they should be, have done previously.
It reminded me a bit of how they are framing ongoing input issues in a way that doesn't reflect the player's experience at all, but only their own as developers.
As they didn't offer any solutions on those undefined mechanics causing me issues, don't know what my path forward is except shelving Apoc.
A bit frustrating.

The support team isn't that great as most of us know. Reading around reddit and personal issues with champs you just gotta shelve them and hope one day they will work. If you're lucky maybe Jax will read this as he seems to be the only one capable of offering help. I currently have torch and Angela sitting there collecting dust. Good luck.
