Cant recive password reset email

I forgot my password to my kabam id if i request the password reset i am no receiving any email. I contacted the support team they are asking the security questions. They are asking the questions such as first username and date of account creation.
I Changed my in game id once but i cant remember the Orginal in game id so they are saying i failed to verify the ownership of the account but i submitted the purchase reciepts and i even said i have the email to which the google play games account is linked ad yet they are saying we cant help unless i answer the questions correctly.Please help me i spet money on the game i dont want to loose that .Anyone please help me
