LF a BG focused alliance, no required AQ/AW (ideally optional)

Essentially the title - am focusing mainly on BGs these days, usually get around 400k+. Would ideally like optional AQ to keep a little glory coming in when needed, but not an issue if not (definitely no required AQ though). Same with AW. No required line/discord as well.
