Recruiting members who understand the point of being part of a alliance. Loyalty what I look for over all else (skill 2nd). Currently running only 1 BG (winning) in AW and want to be able to run all 3 sooner rather than later. All events (other than every other SA) are optional since rewards are more or less ****. We have fun and wreck havoc in AW more often than not...
