Relic Champ Binding

I am having difficulty identifying which champs have Relics and which do not. In the champ list it may look like it does NOT have a champ, but when I look at the relic tab in the champ list for the Relic list, it shows a Relic is bound to the champ. I go in and play, and no relic. So then I try to bind one, but it says there is one bound. So I try to remove it, cannot remove. it. Then I ALSO see that a single champ has both a 4* AND a 3* both bound. I cannot tell if these are VISUAL glitches, but it seems they are actual BUGS. Please help.
