    Depends on who you use but I've always thought ghost's ability is overrated.

    Both champions change drastically after awakening, and both would prefer being taken to sig 200.
    Ghost gains ability to literally spam special attacks and cheese a lot of fights.
    Meanwhile Guardian achieves some insane levels of offensive and defensive surviveability.
    I would go with Guardian simply because of how tired i'm playing with Ghost against some janky ai that refuses to play aggressive and forces to consistently stick to parry in order to find openings.
    However you also must not forget that Guardian is much more universally stronger champ - in story content he gives everyone block proficiency, in war and battlegrounds he can be used both as attacker and defender, great for long and short content with his stacking dmg, incredibly safe as long as armor up is active.
