Forgive me if the answer is already out here but I can’t find it, how does a long term account obtain him? I’ve tried the 1* crystals and he doesn’t seem to be included.

    He was just added along with Juggs and OG Cap. Wouldn’t be surprised if they just haven’t added them to the 1* crystal yet, but I’m also not gonna spend units to find out.
