Can only access my 3* relics

I opened a 4* relic crystal got excited to check it out cause it's my second 4* relic but on the relics screen, all that shows are my 3* relics. I've tried to filter them and they are shadowed like I don't have them. My other 4* relic is bound to a champion and I have no issues using it in game but I can't even get in to un bind if I wanted to. Anyone have a suggestion? I've tried restarting and app is up to date. Galaxy s22 ultra android 13
