Danger room incursion issue

I am unable to go sector 1 to sector 2 after completing 25 zones in sector 1

    That's not how you're supposed to do it.
    You only need to go to zone 12 in sectors 1-5 to get the max rewards, above that is pretty pointless.
    And you switch between them on the right hand side as you at the point at the incursions lobby.
    Sector 6 is where you go to zone 25.
