Hulk Power Index Bugged?

On the official website, Hulk's champion deep dive says he has 13545 prestige at rank 4/55 sig 200, but in-game, my Hulk has a way higher power index, far higher than such low prestige could ever produce. I've checked and it definitely isn't my mastery setup, could a Kabam employee confirm whether or not his in-game PI is incorrect or the PI stated on the deep dive is incorrect? Thanks!
