Unit store isn't working

I requested a purchase to my dad on the play store and it doesn't give him the option to accept or deny it and it says error and says problem on our side and it's like grey and I can't do anything or buy stuff, when I go to alliance tickets it's locks everything pls respond and fix this so I can try to buy the special spring nexus crystal
