I fully believe Iceman should be able to give Torch Frostbite/Coldsnap he does the opposite of what torch can do but miles better he’s a freaking omega level mutant this is the same guy who froze hell in seconds the same guy who can reach far beyond absolute 0 instantly the same guy who FROZE TIME ON A QUANTUM LEVEL able to freeze a Black Winter amped Terrax he has shown to be far colder then anything torch can put up with
