Battle Ground related issues

I was playing battle ground couple of days back when scheduled maintenance took place and since then I am not able to play the battle ground. Every time when I try for a match, I get an error message "An unknown error has occurred. Please
try again later". How to correct this?

Bump!! This is happening to few members in our alliance too. They get the same error since the scheduled maintenance. Kabam support sent a very generic reply that they’re investigating and they can’t provide any update.

This is affecting our bg alliance milestone goals and pushing our key members towards not playing this game at all.
