40k Looking for an alliance

in Alliance Recruitment and Incursions Matchmaking
I am trying to get more serious and competitive. I have hit a stump, slowly progressing. I have 4 4*, non of which are very good (Groot, war machine, carnage, Deadpool)
I just want an active alliance that does map 1-2.
I do have some restrictions, I have school 6am-3pm EST but I come on immediately when I get home.
