Mordo not working

I was trying out Mordo against ROL WS and noticed his furies weren't stacking. He is supposed to be able to stack up to 15 furies by holding block, however nothing happens. The only furies I was able to attain were 3 furies after using his SP3 and those only lasted a few seconds.

    You gain the furies whilst charging your heavy not block.
