Incursions side event poisonous truth hack doesn't prevent Kate Bishop's evade

That hack says when you place poison on opponent when you have relics equiped, you gain true strike buff (same like Karnak's sp 1 or Corvus synergy with Proxima) but it's don't prevent Kate Bishop's stun evade.
I know it's almost the end of side event, but I'm stuck in zone 24 because of that.
