in Bugs and Known Issues
whenever i try to login into my account, everything it shows unknown error message and I'm not able to play. It's been a long time since i last logged in into my account from my device.

    just curious, have you tried updating the apps? or reinstall and allow it to complete re-downloading all the necessary assets?

    assuming u tried all the above and still seeing error, you may have to wait for the MOD to assist you on how can you file a support ticket if you can't login to your account and do a filing properly from there?...
