Is this a "this month only" sort of reward or is this a going forward , room 25 reward? I'm giving up on this month.

    Only this month and this is probably your best chance to clear room 25 as you get the "bonus" permanent hacks as well as the regular ones.

    If you have a fast/reliable connection, iOS device and a bunch of energy refills, suicides and someone like Corvus/Ghost/Elsa then it is way easier to get a legends title with a speed run.
