Ghost Bug? - Guaranteed Crits not bypass Evade

So it seems that after this latest update, Ghost ability to bypass evade is now affected by ability accuracy, as well as AAR immunity or force of will.

Here's the video. Its a duel, happened in AQ as well, not that it matters much.

Tried with a special crit as well. Ultron also evaded it. I assume this is happening everywhere now, not just against Ultron

    Yeah . Old man Logan can evade ghost. There was an update that changed her text to "aar evade". Which was then confirmed by ziibit to be a text error . But lo and behold!

    Yeah I did a thread like that when that text changed. That's why I'm starting to think that text error was actually really not an error now ...

    Pretty sure for Ultron specifically it’s because his evade is AAR immune and Ghost evade prevention mechanic may just be 100% AAR reduction or something of the sort. Can’t speak on where else you’ve seen this

    Well that's the thing. That's not how it is supposed to work, confirmed multiple years ago when they have changed her ability text (they revert it after a while to the original).
    Now they have changed the ability, but without the text this time.
