Yes this can be done because he isn't poison immune in BG. He doesn't select prefight.

By default Scorpion is not poison immune. His immunities shift based on his selected prefight. A defender cannot pick a prefight, so he will be shock and rupture immune but not poison. That 64% “other” damage is the neurotoxins roasting him.

Lmao you'd be surprised at the amount of high tier players who miss interactions here and there. In this case it's just confusion on how scorps immunity is.

Just this week a high tier player youtuber said something was a bug when it wasn't.
