Vault SQ Bugged?

I used both my keys highest difficulty went down the Hawkeye path and on my second entry did the Wasp path and didn’t get a vault for the next zone key is it RNG was I supposed to the same path 2x for the vault not sure what to do maybe it was in the SQ EQ post but that looks like novel to read so did I do something wrong or is it bugged?

    I saw in a few posts that the safe is on Havok path. True or not, don't know, haven't run that path yet. I ran wasp & cgr paths. Kabam said in original post, it's on the same path for everyone. I'm waiting for the calendar for new keys to see of there's any truth to that

    Same I followed Havok part like some people did and they got the vault but I didn’t get any

    I ran havok path and 3 other paths and still no safe…. Should have known
