Wolverine Relics almost always gets blocked

I only have this issue with the Wolverine relic. I use a 5 hit combo with AA and almost always get blocked when I use the Wolverine striker. I use tons of the other strikers and have no issue.

Yes. Been mentioned a few times. It wiffs when activated on a frequent basis. Was hoping there would be a fix this update but it's still not working correctly.
