Threat Level 4 SQ- No Vault Received

I know Kabam has addressed vaults not being received, but I’ve only ever heard people talk about threat level five. I’ve done all paths in threat level 4, and was wondering if anyone else has done it and not gotten their vault, as I’m worried that they will not give comp for the people who did threat level 4 and didn’t receive the vault. Has anyone else who has done threat 4 not gotten the vault?
