Prefights wiped after disconnect in Incursions

I am fully aware that patch notes state "Cross-fight abilities no longer disappear after disconnecting from the fight "
HOWEVER
today, in zone 23 of sector 9 of incursions, my game crashed and when I came back the prefights (Galan + Odin) were wiped from my Hercules...
