Waiting on opponent

This has happened to me a couple times now in Battlegrounds where you’re waiting for an opponent and the time runs out and I’m given a loss with zero points. I can get out of BG and game is working fine. No lag. BG is frustrating enough with bad match ups. I can do without losing without even fighting.
