Falcon Lockon not working against Astral Evade

This happened with me in battlegrounds and i thought i did something wrong. Then i did practice mode with Mordo to verify and found lockon is no longer preventing astral evade. This is happening from this update only. Did Kabam secretly do something? This will fall under nerf Falcon (Just a little bit) and Buff Mordo catagory (Astral Evade Accuracy cannot be reduced and is passive).
