Who to take to R4?

I’m leaning towards CGR but I’m not sure. Decisions, decisions.

You’ve got some tough choices….I feel like you couldn’t go wrong with any of them. Personally I’d probably go NF, Hulkling, Sigil Witch, Claire, Kingpin, or Spidey 2099 over CGR. I myself made the tough choice and didn’t rank 4 him because he already does so much damage that in nearly any content that he’s good for he clears it so fast already. I chose Kitty myself over him. And I don’t plan on taking him to rank 4 anytime soon just because there’s so many more that could use the extra damage way more than him. Like I said tho, I feel like any of your choices are great! I just personally really like the ones I listed. If hulkling was duped I’d be heavily leaning towards him tbh. He’s one of the champs that I’m chasing to get rn!
