Strange/Unknown Damage in Incursions

Last week I was doing a Sector 9 Incursions run, and in Zone 14 I had a weird thing happen. I was running Herc w Odin/Galan pre-fights plus Heimdall. Boss was an Old Man Logan with Fisticuffs, Combo Party, Personal Space-Fury, Healthy Disposition, Crumbling Armor, and Power Overwhelming. I went in with ~10% health, and immediately upon fight start I went down to 1 HP. My best guess is it's some weird interaction between Combo Party and Fisticuffs where the game was registering that I took the damage from "losing" the Combo Party cruelty buffs, even though I obviously couldn't have gained any. It also looked like the Heimdall synergy activated, which prevented me from dying even though no buffs could've activated. I got flustered cause I didn't know what happened and got hit and died, since Fisticuffs blocked Herc's immortality buff. The video below is when I went back in with a L1 revive and the same thing happened. As you can see from the post-fight stats, the game didn't know how to classify the damage either. Anyone have a clue what was going on?
