    There is no wisdom is walking as close to the line as you can without trying to cross it, only in knowing what is on the other side and heading in the opposite direction. There is no need (and there will be no answer) to know how the system works. It is not difficult to not cheat.

    Although I agree with this in theory, the issue is many of the rules have subjective components to them which leads to inconsistent enforcement.
