Disconnection during aq fights resulting kills

How long before this disconnection issue gonna be there in game & now in aw .. i mean how I'm competent department can be regarding such issue that's been going on for so long & yet nothing being done to fix that.

These disconnection costing us the kills.. unnecessary when fight was going smoothly.
.
I doubt will get any response on this but have to rub it here on forum.. so they know forum is just a complaint box that never gets any attention
