Overseer synergy NOT working

The synergy with spidey supreme allows overseer to go to neutralise immune however, when playing against rintrah in the event quest overseer triggered the immunity without gaining gamma

Here the immunity was triggered and no gamma gained that should be instantaneous


And here you can see, only one gamma was gained when the opponent filled a bar of power


Here it was triggered again, and no gamma was gained from the immunity. The current gamma was from the previous bar that filled up on the opponent


I have a video of the fight however, the size is too large and the format is not supported

I’m wondering if it isn’t classified as a personal immunity since it comes from another champ’s synergy.
