5* team build - help

Which 5* stars should I invest and combine with iDoom, CMM and Spider Ham?

Just a suggestion, symbiote spidey can be fun to play. His kit is basically spam heavies to stack armor breaks and then launch the sp2 for a guaranteed crit. The damage isn't that good, but I find him fun to play.

But about who to rank/level up, I would go with Peni Parker and Immortal Hulk. Both are good with great damage, and they can help you get through a lot of content. However, a good champion to have on your team is Heimdall. If you are up against a tough and/or confusing node/champion, he's useful to have. When you would get knocked out in a fight, Heimdall would interject and make you go unstoppable and indestructible for an amount of time (basically giving you a second chance). It's a synergy with himself too, so any team with him works.

Thats an answer I want to have as well.. i am free to play and basically i play only the acts and monthly events, little in aq/aw/arena… this could be a reason?

Monthly EQ, SQ and the special objectives are the main source of getting 5*/6* shards. Make sure you do the highest difficulty you can and the difficulties lower than that if you have time.

Try to do BG's as well and buy shards from the BG store.

I am also a f2p player and not much of an alliance player. Still i have so many champs only by doing story quests and monthly stuff.
