Wrong account linked to kabam ID

Hello people, Hello Kabam,
My account seems to be connected to the wrong kabam ID, how do I disconnect the ID and re connect it to the right account? The right account is currently connected to google play games but since I want to be able to play on my ipad too, Id like to connect it to KABAM id too

    They have it all messed up. Customer support always tells me that I am not using the email that is attached to my MCOC ID...even though I've been using the same name and email for the past 8 years of playing this game
