Alright, I wasn't anticipating this (this comes after just taking Ghost to R4) so I have to ask, why is this one here considered really good? And do I need to have him awakened?
I think the main issue is that he's got a decent ability to control power, but it's risky and tricky to maximise. And being incredibly vulnerable to Armour Break is a fairly substantial weakness for him; especially when you consider that Mystic Doom is immune to it.
He is pretty good for a bunch of mutants, even better than Nimrod sometimes. That is where his usefulness ends, but it makes him good enough to be used in t3/4 wars.
