So solo objectives refresh?

I looked for the earlier post I commented on and can’t find it… why do the solo objectives keep refreshing? Is this intended or is it a bug? The reason I ask is I don’t want to miss out on the next 24 hr cycle of objectives if I’m supposed to be doing the new ones that keep refreshing
If that makes sense?
