Defender SP3 Glitch when only 2 bars power

So I've noticed all the more during event quest that the game defender is throwing SP3 and gaining power without a power gain buff and no hits received or landed. They suddenly gain even half a bar of power. Nothing node related, not champion effects related and without a power gain buff. For an already buffed opponent, this is not fair.

    Not a bug. The defender can throw a sp3 with 2 bars of power now. Swedeah has a video of it on his page.
