Heavy attacks not working

in Bugs and Known Issues
Same issue I was having recently expect now it is in act 5.1.3. ARchangel vs Juggy. Just stands there after a parry when trying to set off a heavy attack. Nada. Get railed. 3rd time at it now..

    CA vs mordo, total advantage and nearly got killed cause he nailed me right after the second time i tried to hit him with sp1 with his second nailed me as i just stood there.
