CyberWarlords is an alliance that is rebuilding from a nasty fall that lett me the only one left on the alliance, I will start Alliance Wars often, your range is a preferred level 20+, but anyone above level 18 is fine. Quests will happen monthly by vote for which affordable tier, and there are rules on what happens with trouble, a ban will be a last resort.
