Alliance War Armor Burn Description - 0.01% vs 5% Power Burn Typo?

The AW changelog suggests the #Armor Burn tactic burns 5% of power per armor up (up to 5), but within the game Attack Tactic screens it’s saying only 0.01% per armor up… Please tell me the in-game description is a typo.
