Electro
Dash back and block for (x) seconds to enter electric mode for 10 seconds while in Electric mode hits against electro have a (X)% chance to miss and every hit Electro makes has a (X) chance to place a shock debuff on the opponent.
Cable- change the regen chances to 20% and have his degen refresh every time a specail is used
OML- every 5 hits he lands he gains a pacifism charges, every combo of 10 he has a (x)% chance to go berserk or gain more pacifism charges
