Connection Issues - It's back with a vengeance

I know it's not on my end, I pay my bill. Based on comments, I'm not the only one.
@Kabam Miike An update would be appreciated.

It affects all aspects of the game, from BG (Draws time out, Fight time out or disconnect), Inputs drop, AQ/AW time out. General game freeze.

    I loved having falcon placed as a defender in BG yesterday instead of the hulkling i was tapping like an idiot for 10 seconds.

    Its been awful for a week on both my devices.

    I’ve experienced the same connection issue too. Sometimes I can’t even see a characters select screen, then the connection came back characters were chosen randomly. Or as mentioned above, I can’t lock characters then chosen randomly as well. This issue happened at the match with a chance to the next BG level 2-3 times then I got lost.

    I heard alliance members had the same issue as well. Please fix this ASAP. And give us some compensation.
