AW Bug with Nick Fury or am I just crazy?

It’s off season so I don’t care about dying, the first death came with hit monkey because the champ stood there at the beginning of fight. The 2nd and Third death came from nick fury?

Does Nick fury dying count as two deaths, and if so, since when?
