Bg Match losses due to wrong fight duration

Sup Forum this is my first post and I wanna highlight this issue here which has made me loss a lot of matches which I could have potentially won .. I am TB so my roster ( 2 r4's and 5 r3's with few rank 2's and maxed out 5 stars are in my deck ) it isnt very huge I just completed act 8.2 and would be exploring

So here is an example of what I meant ..
firstly match making is a pretty big issue in itself but its fine .. So at Plat 3 I match against a Paragon and I win the first match I could have won the second match as well ( I defeated mt defender in 45 sec ) but it showed 57 sec due to and my opponent defeated my defender in 40 sec it showed 44 for him I could have won with Health difference but yet I lost cause 57 sec was considered . As you can see the Starky vs Domino fight was the 2nd match and I lost it cause even tho it took 45 sec it was registered 58 sec for some reason ..
Am I missing something here ?
