7 star crystal shards disappeared from inventory

Good evening,
I just duplicated a 6 star character and when checking my inventory, which previously had more than 10,000 fragments, it was reduced to just over 3,000. what kind of bug is this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the error persists. could you help me less than a week before the release of the crystals. Thank you very much in advance.
