Connection issues in Battle Grounds

There is a serious problem with connection issues while playing BGs. Freezes happen during champ ban and champ selection. No it's not my Internet either as MULTIPLE people are experiencing this problem. Is kabam already looking into this issue? I can't find anything on the forum.
