AQ Dormamu issues

Map 5 day 2.
1. Started a fight with Iceman. Clicked fight, it loaded, and started the fight at the TIMEOUT screen. No health penalty, so no big deal.
2. Alliance mate hopped in. Fought for 2 minutes, cut him in half. No L3/Heavy combo landed by boss, but at the end of the fight, Dormamu had 3k MORE health than he started with.

Anyone else with serious issues like this?
